The council officers for 1998-1999 were installed on July 20, 1998, after Mass celebrated by Chaplain Father Marvin Archuleta at St. John the Evangelist Church. The installation was exemplified by District 4 Deputy Martin Luchanski and District Warden William Cooney. A dinner followed at the Golden Corral Restaurant. State Deputy Philip Asplen, Jr. and his wife Teresa were among the dignitaries.
