February 7, 2023. St. John's Parish "Mens Feast" is held in the parish cafeteria of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Frederick, MD. The meal was prepared by volunteer Knights.
This month's "Feast", a chile made by Br. Maurice Wong, is ready to go, along with sides, toppings and spices. Br. Maurice offered his home-made hot sauce, shown in the foreground with a white spoon, a little bit goes a long way. Very good.
