October 24, 2021, Former council member Br. Eric Phillips, who now lives in Texas, sends his greetings. Eric is proudly wearing the member-signed apron which was presented to him by our council fish fry team before his departure in 2007. Eric served as our fish fry kitchen manager for a number of years.
