Shauna Mulcahy, center, director of The ARC of Frederick County, receives a certification to receive $1,140 from the St. John Evanglist Knights of Columbus, Council 1622. Presenting the certificate are Rick Casazza, Knights program director, and Tom Rogers, committee chair. The Knights made a similar contribution from their annual Tootsie Roll Drive to L'Arche of Frederick.
