March 2007 - Friday Lenten Fish Fries in cafeteria of St. John's Literary Institute at Prospect Hall.
Some of the fish fry team present a signed farewell apron to Br. Eric Phillips, our kitchen manager. Eric had to leave us after the last fish fry for a new job in Louisiana.
